I am a big fan of cold weather and during the hot summer days I used to beg for winter to come but boy did my wishes come true lol. Fall hit me fast and hard its so cold out now and I am nowhere near prepared lol. But whats better than a nice comforting bowl of beef stew to warm you up on a cold day 🙂 check out the recipe below.

  10. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  11. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  12. 1/8 tsp ground clove
  13. 2 tbs ketchup
  14. 2 bay leaves
  15. 2 tbs flour
  16. 4 small potatoes
  17. Beef stock

In a bowl add your chopped up beef and add ingredients 2-12  except for chopped onions with a spoon or clean hand mix ingredients together. In a dutch oven or a deep pan add veg oil on medium heat. Brown your beef make sure to not crowd the pot, cook beef in portions.
